CHURCH ROAD

Toureen delivered two reinforced concrete frame buildings with basements in Ashford for Inland Homes. The project required concurrent construction, detailed planning, and careful coordination of precast and structural elements. It highlights Toureen’s ability to deliver complex RC frame structures efficiently, safely, and to programme.

Toureen Contractors was appointed by Inland Homes to deliver the construction of two reinforced concrete frame buildings located on Church Road, Ashford.

The works included the delivery of reinforced concrete frames, incorporating two basement structures, constructed concurrently to demonstrate Toureen’s capability in managing complex, multi-faceted construction projects. The scheme required detailed planning and coordination to ensure efficient sequencing and to mitigate potential logistical constraints on site.

With multiple construction activities progressing in parallel, robust planning and programme management were essential to ensure the successful delivery of all building elements without delay. Given the scale of the project and the volume of precast components, additional control measures were implemented to maintain alignment with the construction programme and ensure quality and sequencing requirements were consistently met.

This large-scale development further demonstrates Toureen’s expertise in delivering complex reinforced concrete structures safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme and budget requirements.
