We’re looking for a Graduate/Junior Data Coordinator to join our Sustainability and Health & Safety teams on a permanent basis, supporting the delivery of our group reporting and helping us continuously improve how we collect, manage and use data across the business. You’ll be sitting across one team, giving you broad exposure to both environmental performance and health & safety compliance in a busy construction environment. You’ll play a key role in our group carbon reporting programme, quarterly fuel and HVO reporting, the data that underpins our annual Sustainable Development Report, and data relating to our health and safety trend tracking.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Tasks will vary, but may include:
• Collecting, assuring and quality auditing data from sites, contractors and suppliers
• Supporting our annual carbon report and quarterly fuel efficiency and HVO forecasting
• Maintaining H&S logs including inspections, incidents and back to work records
• Helping track training compliance and certification renewals across site teams
• Contributing to our Sustainable Development Report data collation
• Supporting social value data tracking and benchmarking against industry targets
• Identifying opportunities to improve our data, reports and processes as you go
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone organised, analytically minded and proactive, with an interest in sustainability, construction or data. Whether you’re coming from an environmental, H&S or data background, what matters most is attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a genuine drive to make reporting better. We are looking for an enthusiastic undergraduate Quantity Surveying student to join our Toureen Retail team for an industrial placement (sandwich year) from September 2026 to July 2027.
Based at our Head Office in Harrow, you will work alongside our experienced commercial team, gaining valuable insight into the full lifecycle of construction projects. This placement provides the opportunity to develop practical skills, build industry knowledge and gain experience aligned with RICS competencies, supporting your future APC pathway.
As part of our award-winning Retail and Petroleum division, you will be involved in a diverse range of projects, including the development of petrol stations and EV charging facilities, alongside the construction and fit-out of retail buildings.
