HEATHROW AIRPORT, EASTERN BUSINESS PARK
Eastern Business Park at Heathrow Airport is a key redevelopment site within both landside and airside environments.
As part of Heathrow Airport Limited’s H7 Capital Investment Plan and wider Commercial Revenue programme, the scheme aims to maximise the value of the site through its transformation into a new logistics hub.
Tilley & Barrett were responsible for the management of all works, delivering a coordinated programme of fit-out, civil engineering, and demolition/dismantling activities through a network of specialist subcontractors. Acting in a principal contractor role, the team oversaw the safe and efficient execution of all phases of the project.
The scope of works focused on the demolition and enabling activities required to prepare the site for the future development of the Heathrow Logistics Centre East. Operating within a highly regulated airport environment, the project required careful planning and integration to ensure minimal disruption while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
