Strava Challenge February

Toureen Staff Go the Distance in February Strava Challenge

Toureen has successfully brought its workforce together through a month-long wellbeing initiative, with employees collectively logging an impressive 23,838 minutes of physical activity in the company’s February Strava Challenge.

Launched to help maintain momentum beyond the typical New Year fitness resolutions, the initiative encouraged staff across the business to stay active throughout February by joining the Toureen Strava Group and recording their exercise minutes.

All forms of activity were welcomed, including walking, running, swimming and climbing, ensuring the challenge was inclusive for all fitness levels and abilities. Employees were also motivated by friendly competition and prizes awarded throughout the month.

The strong participation across the company highlights a positive culture of health, wellbeing and team engagement at Toureen.

Beyond the numbers, the initiative also aimed to reinforce the wider benefits of regular physical activity, including improved mental wellbeing, reduced stress, better sleep, and long-term health benefits.

Toureen is now looking to build on the success of the challenge and continue developing initiatives that support employee wellbeing throughout the year.

The company praised all those who took part, thanking employees for their enthusiasm and commitment to keeping active and engaged.
