Three Green Apple Awards

Toureen Wins Two Golds and a Silver at the International Green Apple Environment Awards

At the awards ceremony held at the Houses of Parliament on the 21st November, Toureen picked up three awards; an International Gold Green Apple Environmental Award for our project with Blu-3 (Transforming an industrial site into a place fit for redevelopment), an International Gold Green Apple Environmental Award for our work at the Old War Office (transforming the iconic grade II listed building), and an International Silver Green Apple Environmental Award for The Downs, Surrey (Transforming a polluted land back into an area of natural beauty).

Congratulations to everyone that won an award on the night, and to our fantastic clients at Surrey County Council, CampbellReith, and Blu-3, who joined us at the ceremony, and in the celebrations. Congratulations also go to our project teams, and in particular our Environmental team led by Claire Fundrey, and our Remediation division led by Rick Willemse.

As a result of this International Green Apple Award success, we have been invited to accept Green World Ambassador status and have our winning papers published in The Green Book (the leading international work of reference on environmental best practice).

The Green Apple Awards are run by The Green Organisation - an international, independent, non-profit, non-political environment group that began in 1994 to recognise, reward and promote environmental best practice around the world.
