Four in-situ reinforced concrete staircases with fair-faced finishes on the top and bottom of the flights, including one feature staircase with exposed concrete balustrades, flights and soffits

All columns and shear walls were fair-faced concrete with designed bolt hole layouts including a feature wall along the length of the courtyard
