The Toureen Group was founded over 25 years ago by Managing Director, Denis Nolan, with the business plan to develop a company highly competent in a range of specialist construction services.

At the time, the industry was in recession and for construction projects to remain economically viable, greater cost savings were often required. The efficiencies of being able to undertake more than one specialist package allowed Toureen to help deliver these savings which resulted in repeat business and enabled the company to grow.

In order to meet the needs of its client base over the last 25 years of trading, the portfolio of specialist services has gradually expanded, along with the scale and complexity of individual projects undertaken.

Through business acquisition, year on year staff development and significant investment in modern plant and machinery the company is able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering excellence across the following Group disciplines;

  • high-rise reinforced concrete frames
  • groundworks and civil engineering
  • multi-level basement construction
  • demolition and dismantling
  • petrol forecourt and retail development
  • land remediation and ground treatment
